Take a support role

FIRST 30 DAYS

Choose a mentor

Find someone who will help you prepare, review speeches and understand the club faster than trial-and-error will.

FIRST 45 DAYS

Deliver your Ice Breaker

Your first prepared speech is not supposed to prove you are polished. It establishes a baseline.

Rotate through roles

Evaluate, facilitate, time, observe language and practise impromptu speaking. Variety accelerates growth.
